Teacher of English

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of English on a full-time permanent basis from September 2024. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a very strong English Faculty in a highly successful 11-19 academy which holds good Ofsted status. The role also provides a fantastic chance for primary-trained teachers looking for a new challenge to work with our KS3 students. The role will report to the Faculty Leader and the candidate will teach a full timetable across both campuses within the subject.

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Science on a full-time permanent basis with effect from September 2024. The post offers an excellent opportunity to join our expanding Science Faculty in a highly successful 11-19 academy which holds Good Ofsted status. The role will report to the Faculty Leader and the candidate will teach a full timetable within the subject.

PPG Co-ordinator
 

We are seeking to appoint a fulltime PPG Co-ordinator with immediate effect on a permanent basis. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a strong SEND department in our highly successful academy which holds a good Ofsted status. The core purpose of the role is to support PPG students with their day-to-day engagement in the academy and to support the implementation of the academy’s Disadvantaged learner strategy

College Tutor
 

We are seeking to appoint a College Tutor immediately or from September 2024 on a fixed term basis until August 2025. The role will provide deliver the college tutorial programme to all tutorial groups, assisting with the production of Key Stage 5 PSHE resources, monitoring attendance and engagement and progression data. Providing support to students, parents/careers and Head of College in arrange of Sixth Form matters.

LSA

 

We are seeking to appoint a part time Learning Support Assistant with immediate effect on a permanent basis. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a strong SEND department in our highly successful academy which holds a good Ofsted status. The core purpose of the role is to support the progress, learning, achievement, and wellbeing of SEND students in line with the National Curriculum, codes of practice and academy policies and procedures.

Cover Supervisor
 

We are seeking to appoint a permanent full or part time Cover Supervisor with immediate effect. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work within our collaborative cover team in our highly successful academy which holds a ‘Good’ Ofsted status. The cover team has a strong team working ethos and supports all faculties where excellent schemes of work for all courses are in place. A departmental mentor will work with the appointee to support their development in their first year. There is also an excellent academy wide support and development programme for all new staff.

Subject Leader - Physics
 

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and well-qualified teacher to take responsibility for the leadership of Physics and assist in our strong Science Faculty in a highly successful 11-19 academy which holds Good Ofsted status. The Subject Leader of Physics will be primarily responsible for establishing and supporting the resources and environment for learning for all Physics courses within the Science Faculty.
