My name is Paula Flight, and I hold the position of Catering & Hospitality Manager here at Plume, Maldon’s Community Academy & Sixth Form College.

​

I hope as you read the following, you are confident that your child/children will be eating freshly-cooked, nutritional food made daily by our professional, fully trained Catering Team.

What we offer...

The Plume is proud to offer a range of quality fresh food from 3 outlets over two campuses.

 

All our Catering outlets have been awarded 5 stars for hygiene March (2022)

The Main Canteen at MRC (Mill Road Campus) – offers daily hot and cold food to years 7 & 8. It also offers assorted pizzas, Pasta King, assorted panini bar.

 

The Main Canteen at FRC (Fambridge Road Campus) – offers students hot and cold food with the added bonus of street eats plus assorted pizza’s, Panini bar and Pasta king.

 

The Coffee Shop (situated at the College) – This shop is used by College Students and staff. They can grab a bean to cup coffee – Fresh Deli Bar and snacks.

This shop is open from 9.30am – 2pm

 

We continue to offer a wide range of healthy food and drinks both at break and lunchtime. We aim to keep prices low and affordable to all students. Our menu is revised each term to enable season inspired dishes to be served.
