Pastoral Support Coordinator

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Pastoral Support Coodinator to start from September 2026 on a fixed-term basis until 21 July 2027. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a strong pastoral department in our highly successful academy. The core purpose of the role is to support the pastoral team in maintaining high standards of behaviour, punctuality and engagement across the academy. The role ensures students are in the right place at the right time, supports positive learning behaviours, and intervenes where students require regulation or additional pastoral support.

Inclusion Support Practitioner

We are seeking to appoint a full time Inclusion Support Practitioner/Wellbeing and Engagement Mentor to start from Autumn 2026 on a fixed-term basis until 21 July 2027. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a strong SEND department in our highly successful academy. The core purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day operation and development of the Lighthouse provision, providing therapeutic, relational and structured support for students experiencing social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, sensory differences, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA) and barriers to engagement.

Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a part time Learning Support Assistant to start from Autumn 2026 on a fixed-term basis until 21 July 2027. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a strong SEND department in our highly successful academy which holds a good Ofsted status. The core purpose of the role is to support the progress, learning, achievement, and wellbeing of SEND students in line with the National Curriculum, codes of practice and academy policies and procedures. 

Closing Date: 1 September 2026

Cook

We are seeking to appoint a Cook on a permanent term time only basis to join our busy catering team, to start from September 2026. The successful candidate will be efficient, flexible, and well organised to assist with the production and preparation of food and drinks as well as serve at designated times during the academy day and offers an opportunity to help and support both campuses as directed. Previous catering experience will be desirable; however, full training will be given.
