Head of SEND
The Head of SEND, as a Senior Leader, will support the Whole Academy Inclusion Lead in the strategic leadership of SEND and provide professional and operational leadership for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the academy, promoting an inclusive culture and ensuring that students with SEND achieve ambitious academic, personal and social outcomes. The Head of SEND will work with teachers, support staff, families and external agencies to secure high-quality adaptive teaching, effective provision and positive outcomes for all students with SEND.

Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages
We are seeking to appoint a full-time Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages for a full-time, fixed term contract of 12 months with effect from January 2027. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a very strong Modern Foreign Languages Faculty in a highly successful 11-18 Academy which holds good Ofsted status. The role will report to the Faculty Leader and the candidate will teach a full timetable within French and Spanish with the candidates being able to teach both to at least Year 9.

Reading Intervention Tutor
We are seeking to appoint a Reading Intervention Tutor to increase capacity within our existing Literacy Team on a full or part-time basis as soon as possible. The post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a strong team, with an effective reading and writing intervention strategy, in our highly successful academy.

Parent Engagement Officer
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Parent Engagement Officer on a fixed-term basis until 21 July 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening partnerships between home and school and supporting positive outcomes for students and their families. The core purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate strategies that enhance parental engagement across the academy, ensuring parents and carers are active partners in their child's education.
