As an employee, you’ll play a crucial part in assisting with our continual development.

In return, we will support, nurture and reward you with benefits from training and development to responsibility recognition.

Search our current opportunities in teaching, professional and support roles at Plume Academy, by selecting one of our roles and if you are interested in finding our more, please email to arrange a further conversation or arrange a time where you could come and meet Sarah Freeman, Director of Human Resources for a tour of our facilities.

If there are no opportunities that are suitable for you right now, we would still be pleased to hear from you via our talent pool.
