Year 11 Information
Introducing the Year 11 Pastoral Team; a vastly experienced group of dedicated professionals who are excited to be supporting this cohort on their final year of compulsory education here at Plume Academy. Mr Perry and Mrs Janes have been part of the journey with this Year Group since Year 7 and are continuing to help the students achieve their best results daily as well as support well-being and personal development throughout Year 11.
Mr Meadows, Fambridge Road Campus Lead
Mr Meadows is our Fambridge Road Campus lead. Mr Meadows works closely with all pastoral teams to help support and guide students through their school journey.

Mr Perry, Head of Year 11:
Mr Perry leads on behaviour and attitudes and works closely with subject and faculty leads to support students in their academic progress. Using the core values that have been learnt through a sporting background, respect and resilience are two pillars that is engrained into the mind of the year group, supporting students through their academic and personal challenges.
Mrs Janes, Assistant Head of Year 11:
Mrs Janes leads the safeguarding of our students superbly. Providing one on one support and guidance to help students navigate their emotional and social journeys. Mrs Janes often uses values learned from her background in boxing to instil discipline and resilience into our students.
Together, we are committed to fostering a supportive community where each student feels valued, understood, and encouraged to reach their full potential. We believe that a strong pastoral foundation is key to academic success and personal growth, and we are here to listen, guide, and inspire our students every step of the way.
